【摘要】:Theexposureconditionsinsolarcollectors,especiallyunderstagnationconditions,maydegradetheperformanceofthermalinsulationmaterials.Thispracticesetsforthamethodologyforevaluatingthedegreeofdegradation,ifany,ofthethermalinsulationmaterialsafterexposuretosimulatedin-serviceconditions.Thispracticeisalsointendedtoaidintheassessmentoflong-termperformancebycomparativetestingofinsulationmaterials.However,correlationsbetweenperformanceunderlaboratoryandactualin-serviceconditionshavenotbeenestablished.Thispracticealsosetsforthcriteriathatshallbeconsideredintheselectionandspecificationofthermalinsulationmaterials.Onesuchcriterionissurfaceburningcharacteristics(TestMethodE84),whichisusedbymanycodeofficialsasareference.Thispracticedoesnotrepresentthatthenumericalvaluesobtainedinanywayreflecttheanticipatedperformanceofthethermalinsulationunderactualfireconditions.1.1Thispracticesetsforthatestingmethodologyforevaluatingthepropertiesofthermalinsulationmaterialstobeusedinsolarcollectorswithconcentrationratiosoflessthan10.TestsaregivenhereintoevaluatethepH,surfaceburningcharacteristics,moistureadsorption,waterabsorption,thermalresistance,linearshrinkage(orexpansion),hotsurfaceperformance,andacceleratedaging.Thispracticeprovidesatestforsurfaceburningcharacteristicsbutdoesnotprovideamethodologyfordeterminingcombustibilityperformanceofthermalinsulationmaterials.1.2Thetestsshallapplytoblanket,rigidboard,loose-fill,andfoamthermalinsulationmaterialsusedinsolarcollectors.Otherthermalinsulationmaterialsshallbetestedinaccordancewiththeprovisionssetforthhereinandshouldnotbeexcludedfromconsideration.1.3Theassumptionismadethatelevatedtemperature,moisture,andappliedstressesaretheprimaryfactorscontributingtothedegradationofthermalinsulationmaterialsusedinsolarcollectors.1.4Solarradiationisnotconsideredacontributingfactorsinceinsulatingmaterialsarenotnormallyexposedtoit.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ISO/TS17764specifiesmethodsforthequantitativedeterminationofindividualfattyacidsandofthesumofthefattyacids(elutablefattyacids).ThispartofISO/TS17764specifiestwomethodsforpreparingthemethylestersoffattyacidsofanimatandvegetablefats,oilsandfattyacidmixturesforrawmaterialsforcompoundanimalfeeds,andfattyacidsoriginatingfromfatextractsofanimalfeedingstuffs,includingfatsandfattyacidmixturescontainingbutyricacid.Thegeneralmethod,theborontrifluoride(BF3)method,isconcernedwiththepreparationofmethylestersoffattyacidswithsixormoreCatoms,originatingfromfats,oilsandfreefattyacids.TheKOH/HCImethodisconcernedwiththepreparationofmethylestersoffattyacidswithfourormoreCatoms.ThismethodcanalsobeusedforthequantitativedeterminationoffattyacidswithachainlengthshorterthantenCatomsinfreefattyacidmixtures.Themethylestersproducedcanbeusedforgas-liquidchromatography(GLC).NOTE1Unsaponifiablematerialsarenotremovedandcan,whenpresentinconsiderableamounts,interferewiththechromatographicanalysis.NOTE2ISO/TS17764-2describestheapplicationofgaschromatographywithcapillarycolumnsandflameionizationdetectionforthedeterminationofthecontentoffattyacidsinafatbymakinguseofthemethylestersofthefattyacidsobtainedinaccordancewiththemethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO/TS17764.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishestheratingofdieselfueloilintermsofanarbitraryscaleofcetanenumbersusingastandardsinglecylinder,four-strokecycle,variablecompressionratio,indirectinjecteddieselengine.Thecetanenumberprovidesameasureoftheignitioncharacteristicsofdieselfueloilincompressionignitionengines.Thecetanenumberisdeterminedatconstantspeedinapre-combustionchamber-typecompressionignitiontestengine.However,therelationshipoftestengineperformancetofullscale,variablespeed,variableloadenginesisnotcompletelyunderstood.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicablefortheentirescalerangefromzerocetanenumber(CN)to100CNbuttypicaltestingisintherangeof30CNto65CN.Thistestmaybeusedforunconventionalfuelssuchassynthetics,vegetableoils,etc.However,therelationshiptotheperformanceofsuchmaterialsinfullscaleenginesisnotcompletelyunderstood.Sampleswithfluidpropertiesthatinterferewiththegravityflowoffueltothefuelpumpordeliverythroughtheinjectornozzlearenotsuitableforratingbythismethod.NOTE1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesoperatingconditionsinSIunitsbutenginemeasurementsarespecifiedininch-poundunitsbecausethesearetheunitsusedinthe-manufactureoftheequipment,andthussomereferencesinthisInternationalStandardincludetheseunitsinparenthesis.NOTE2ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theexpression"%(V/V)"isusedtorepresentthevolumefractionofamaterial.
