【摘要】:Thematerialpresentedinthisstandardisintendedtoprovidecommonterminologyandtestmethodsforthetestingandevaluationofanalog-to-digitalconverters(ADCs).ThisstandardconsidersonlythoseADCswhoseoutputvalueshavediscretevaluesatdiscretetimes,i.e.theyarequantizedandsampled.Ingeneral,thisquantizationisassumedtobenominallyuniform(theinput-outputtransfercurveisapproximatelyastraightline)asdiscussedfurtherinSubclause1.3,Analog-to-digitalconverterbackground,andthesamplingisassumedtobeatanominallyuniformrate.
