【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodocumentthemassflowrateofaresourcerecoveryunitoperationinaplantandasameansofrelatingoperationtodesignobjectives.Thistestmethodisalsousedinconjunctionwithmeasurementsoftheperformanceofmaterialsseparators(particularlyrecoveryandpurity).Assuch,throughputshouldnotgenerallybemeasuredbysamplingthefeedsincethismaychangeitsperformance.Processingequipmentthatdoesnotperformseparationscanbesampledateitherthefeedorproductstreams.1.1Thistestmethodisformeasuringthethroughput,ormassflowrate,ofaresource-recoveryunitoperation,orseriesofunitoperations.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.2.1Exception8212;Section9.1.2indicatestheequivalentweightinpoundsforsampleswithparticlesizegreaterthan90mm.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionaryinformationisgiveninSection7.
