【摘要】:ThispartofISO6743establishesadetailedclassificationoffamilyX(Greases)whichbelongstoclassL(Lubricants,industrialoilsandrelatedproducts).ItshouldbereadinconjunctionwithISO6743-99.Thisclassificationappliestocategoriesofgreasesusedforlubricationofequipment,componentsofmachines,vehicles,etc.Thegreaseshavebeenclassifiedaccordingtotheoperatingconditionsunderwhichtheyareused,becausetheversatilenatureofgreasemakesitimpracticaltoclassifythemaccordingtotheenduse.Itwillthereforebenecessarytoconsultthesuppliertobecertainthatthegreasecanbeusedin,forexample,rollingbearingsorpumpedsupplysystems,andalsoconcerningthecompatibilityofproducts.Inthisclassification,agreasecannothavemorethanonesymbol.Thissymbolshouldcorrespondtothemostsevereconditionsoftemperature,watercontaminationandloadinwhichthegreasecanbeused.NOTEThispartofISO6743doesnotpretendtocovertheclassificationofgreasesintendedforveryspecialapplications.Itisuptotheend-userandthesuppliertonegotiatetheapplicabilityofsuchgreases,onthebasisofrelevantlaboratoryand/orfieldtesting.
